Morgan Pittman is a new teacher this school year at AHS, she teaches AP physics 1, APA physics, and some engineering courses.
She went to the University of Houston to be a dietitian, but when her husband became a coach, she decided to change career paths. This is now her eighth year of being a teacher. Positive remarks and praise from fellow teachers about Alvin ISD brought her to AHS. In her recreational time, she bakes and makes an effort at gardening, she said.
“My favorite part of teaching is Interacting with kids, getting to do the labs, and I least enjoy the paperwork,” Pittman said.
