Math teacher John Kroesch, began teaching here three years ago, and is certainly not a new face on campus, but is a face everyone should learn. He teaches Algebra 1 class, and enjoys teaching at AHS. 

He has been married for three years and has a 10 month old daughter named Kinley and a Yorkie dog named Rory. 

 He started teaching math because it was the subject he was best at during his years at school. He decided to become a teacher because of the kids. He wants to be a good role model for younger kids who are making big decisions in life. He might not have favorite students, but he for sure admires some students more if they do their work. He has a good work ethic, and  he loves to encourage students.

One thing he tries to do is to motivate students to succeed.   ‘’Students should get back up if they ever fall over,” he said. 

 He went to the University of Houston, and is a very proud Cougar. He strives to teach students by giving them connections to the real world.  Go by and give Mr. K a wave and a smile.
